Note for Italian customers: Italian customs regulations mean that we cannot ship items via express or insured mail. In addition, local deiveries have been unreliable leading to a loss rate of around 25% on orders. Please bear in mind that we cannot replace orders shipped to italy and that we suggest that orders not include Canvas cream or large Seakelp so that we can ship them in a small box.
Our shipping charge is $12.50. Shipments are made via USPS they cannot be tracked. This is a reliable system and is the best shipping method for most customers. Please contact us for upgraded shipping prior to placing an order.
We will not replace lost orders shipped by this method. For established customers we may provide a replacement at reduced cost at our discretion.
Historical delivery accuracy is above 97.5% with the exception of Italy (see below).
If you are particularly concerned about the possibility of lost packages please add international insurance to your order (see below). For some countries we may request either that insurance be purchased or an explicit waiver of liability in the event that a package is lost.
