The mechanism of action of andrographolide involves the strong inhibition of NF- B, a key transcriptional factor and pleiotropic regulator of many genes involved in immunological responses.

Use: Add a teaspoon to 4 oz. of Canvas base cream and mix. For inflammation: use with Boswellia and liquorice.
