Canvas includes (in order of concentration, from high to
low): Water (solvent); Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba)
seed oil (emollient); Sorbitol (slip and water binding); Butylene glycol (slip);
Cetyl alcohol (moisturizer and thickener); Glyceryl Stearate (moisturizer and
thickener); PEG-100 Stearate (moisturizer and thickener); Stearyl alcohol
(moisturizer and thickener); Sesamum indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil; Prunus amygdalus
dulcis (sweet almond) oil; Persea gratissima (Avocado) oil; Sodium hyaluronate
(water binding, nutrient); Polysorbate 20 (emulsifier); Citric acid (to adjust
pH); Dimethicone (skin conditioner, slip agent); Carbomer (thickener);
Triethanolamine (to adjust pH); Diazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol,
methylparaben, propylparaben (antimicrobial preservatives).
Canvas is mixed and packaged in the USA under strict FDA guidelines. In order to encourage creativity (and gift giving) we will not be affixing labels, but will include a card listing the ingredients with each jar.
Properties: rich moisturizer with
hyaluronic acid and jojoba, avocado, sweet almond, and sesame oils.
Use: Canvas is perfect for most skin types, but should be mixed with seakelp or other actives if you have very oily skin or if you have active acne lesions. .
