White liquorice by Skin Actives

Properties: skin brightening, decreases appearance of sun spots, anti-inflammatory. Glyzyrhizinic acid has been shown to have pro-interferon and antiviral activity, including activity against the herpes virus.

Use: add a teaspoon per four oz. of cream and mix. The fine white powder will not dissolve completely but will release components slowly into the cream or lotion. This special liquorice extract is a white powder and will not change the color of the cream.
