We will not replace lost orders shipped by this method. For established customers we may provide a replacement at reduced cost at our discretion.
Historical delivery accuracy is above 97.5% with the exception of Italy (see below)
If you are particularly concerned about the possibility of lost packages please add international insurance to your order (see below). For some countries we may request either that insurance be purchased or an explicit waiver of liability in the event that a package is lost.

Within the US our shipping charge is $6. Shipments are made via USPS priority mail which cannot be tracked online but do include delivery confirmation. Standard delivery times quoted by the USPS are 2 to four days.
If you do not receive your package within three weeks of shipment and delivery is not confirmed on the USPS web site we will reship your order at our cost. We may request that you purchase additional insurance for the second shipment though.
If you do not receive your order but delivery is confirmed we may provide a replacement at reduced price at our discretion.

To Canada our shipping charge is $6. Shipments are made via USPS letter mail which cannot be tracked online This is a very reliable system and is the best shipping method for most customers. We have seen around 97% delivery rates with only one shipment delayed in customs and two shipments lost.

Note for Italian customers: Italian customs regulations mean that we cannot ship items via express or insured mail. In addition, local deiveries have been unreliable leading to a loss rate of around 25% on orders. Please bear in mind that we cannot replace orders shipped to italy and that we suggest that orders not include Canvas cream or large Seakelp so that we can ship them in a small box.
