Change Your Skincare Routine For Spring

Spring is officially here! And it already has been, if our allergies have anything to say about it.
While the most beautiful time of year is up for debate.* The flowers are blooming and the morning air is sweet. It’s not yet so hot or so humid as to be oppressive, but the cold is retreating. On some level, we’re invited to remember why we do this whole thing, life feels new and fresh. It’s a great time to get outside and at Skin Actives Scientific we are here for it!
Spring is a great time for new things.
The cycle of life is on the upswing. Forget about winter, cold, and dormancy! It’s time for new, rebirth, expectation!
The new beginning that spring affords is the perfect time to clean out the house, clean out our contacts list, and start a new project. Feel the energy of a new year and capture the momentum to become who you have always wanted to be.

5 Steps to Rejuvenate Your Skincare Routine
You have a lot to do so we thought about this for you. Why reinvent the wheel? With these five, super-easy steps you’ll be able to kick your skincare ambitions into high gear as we cruise into summer. Here we go!
1.) Spring Clean Your Skincare Supplies - This one may feel like a no-brainer but here it goes. The changing of the seasons is a great time to clean out your closet, and your medicine cabinet. Think about it: all that stuff gets pushed in there, the least popular stuff finding its way to the back. That 96-percent-used bottle of shea butter with the broken lotion pump? That’s still in there. Throw it out! It’s not doing anyone any good any more.
Check out all the “use by” dates and make sure you’re not using anything past its prime.
