Allantoin

Allantoin helps moisturize the skin and protective barrier. It is naturally found in comfrey and is generally found in synthetic form in skin care products. There is no difference between the natural and synthetic forms. Allantoin increases the smoothness of the skin and provides a skin protectant effect.
