Ceramides

Ceramides helps increase overall skin hydration as well as soothe and protect the skin. Present in plant cells but at very low concentrations, making them extremely costly to extract and purify. This is why lab produced ceramides are more common in skin care. Use ceramides if you want to reduce skin roughness and increase overall skin hydration. This active is also especially useful for sensitive, dry skin because this polar lipid helps soothe and protect the skin. The ceramides that we use is called Cetyl-PG Hydroxyethyl Palmitamide or Ceramide-E.
